When: Wednesday, November 4th between 3:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.

Where: Downstairs North Wing (Fort Western/Arnold/Howard Rooms), Augusta Civic Center, 76 Community Drive, Augusta, ME

What: This free community event is for everyone who has questions about mold and moisture in your home, school, or workplace and how it may (or may not) impact your health. You can:

  • Attend a 30 minute presentation on what mold is, why it grows, strategies to prevent it, and how to fix it
  • Visit learning stations and chat with experts about your specific concerns and questions
  • Explore the exhibit area and chat with vendors who can provide valuable services that meet your needs
  • Take advantage of our free kids’ learning area too!

Schedule:

3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Visit a learning station and get your questions answered. Meet with providers of products and services. Kids area open.

4:00 p.m. – Presentation “About Mold: What You ACTUALLY Need to Know” (30 minutes)

5:30 p.m. – Presentation “About Mold: What You ACTUALLY Need to Know” (30 minutes)

7:00 p.m. – End

There is no fee to attend the November 4th Community Forum on mold and moisture in buildings. Advance registration requested but not required. (But you must be registered to win one of our free door prizes!)
