Smaller homes can be lovely, comfortable and efficient. They are also easier to detail and easier to build tight. This workshop will provide attendees with practical strategies for building smaller homes that are aesthetically pleasing, energy-efficient, and have healthy indoor air quality.
About Jim Bahoosh:
Jim has been a solo house builder and designer since 1983. Since 2004 his primary focus has been on small homes. Homes from 500 to 1000 square feet.
