Cancellation Policy
Refunds less a $20 administration fee will be given to those cancellations received no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 14, 2017. Registrants who cancel after this date but prior to Monday, May 1, 2017 will receive a refund less a $100 penalty. Individuals who cancel after May 1, 2017 may either send a substitute to the event or have the benefit of accessing any on-line recordings (if available) and handout downloads.
