2017 Indoor Air Quality & Energy Conference Exhibitor Details

Holiday Inn by the Bay, Downtown Portland

Room:

All Conference exhibits will be in the Casco Bay Hall, located just below the lobby level.

Event Time(s):

Set Up:  Advance booth set up is available between 3:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. on Monday, May 1st.  Exhibitors can also set up early on the morning of Tuesday, May 2nd, starting at 6:00 a.m.

Start Time: Conference registration opens in the Exhibit area for attendees starting at 7:00 a.m. each day of the conference. Exhibitors will want to be set up and in place by 7:00 a.m. each day.

Cocktail Reception: A cocktail reception is scheduled in the Exhibit Hall from 4:45 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 2nd. Exhibitors are encouraged to remain in the Casco Bay hall during this reception, but not necessarily at your booth.  We encourage you to mingle with the attendees and create lasting relationships.  The reception is open to the public, and you are encouraged to invite your clients and customers to attend.  Cash bar.

Break Down:  Exhibits must remain in place until the end of the afternoon break on Wednesday, May 3rd (approximately 4:00 p.m.)

Booth Assignments

Booth assignments will be sent out by Monday, April 24, 2017

Accommodations:

A discounted group rate is available at the Holiday Inn by the Bay. Please specify you are with the Northeast IAQ & Energy Conference when making your reservation.  Details.

Shipment of Material:

As long as your equipment does not require a fork-lift to be moved, exhibit materials may be shipped for arrival on location after April 25, 2017.  Ship to:  Holiday Inn by the Bay, 88 Spring Street, Portland, ME,  04101. Mark your box to the attention of the Northeast IAQ & Energy Conference.  Return shipments:  arrangements can be made with your carrier in advance.  Fed Ex can do same day pick up as long as pick-up is confirmed by 4:00 p.m.

Booth Size:

Your booth space consists of the following:

  • Space area: 10’ wide x 8’ deep (separated by piping/draping)
  • One 8’ table, covered and skirted
  • Two chairs
  • Electrical access (must be requested in advance by contact Christy Crocker 207-626-8115, christy@maineindoorair.org)
  • Free wi-fi

Please contact MIAQC if you require additional equipment or accommodations.

Staff Registrations:

Your exhibit fee includes one full registration (both days) to the conference itself, including all breaks and lunch.; Additional registrations must be purchased.  You can order your additional registration/meal tickets using the on-line registration form available HERE. Exhibitor registrations are just $65 per person per day.
