Sponsorships
Sponsors of the 2017 Northeast Indoor Air Quality & Energy Conference will receive wide-spread exposure in Maine and throughout New England. Conference sponsors will be listed in promotional literature, in web-based listings, and at the event. Sponsors at the $1500 level and above not only receive a complimentary exhibit space, and but also will be given a 30-minute presentation opportunity as part of the Conference Sponsor Workshops on May 3rd. Sponsorship at any level is an excellent opportunity to broaden the name recognition of your company or organization. Confirmation of conference sponsorship must be received by January 31, 2017 in order to receive recognition in printed promotional material.
About the Conference Schedule. Day One (May 2) of the Conference is our Seminar Day – featuring four, half-day seminar sessions. Day Two (May 3) of the Conference features the Keynote Presentation, and more than a dozen rotating workshops on a broad variety of IAQ and Energy topics. A cocktail reception IN the exhibit area takes place at the end of Day One.
Sponsorship Levels
Silver Sponsorship: $500-
$100 discount off exhibit space, two complimentary single-day registrations, logo and link on MIAQC website, and on-site recognition at the event.
Platinum Sponsorship: $1,500-
Includes exhibit space for both days of the conference, two complimentary single day registrations, recognition in the printed promotional literature, company logo with link on MIAQC web site, recognition in conference handout, recognition through independent signage, and 30 minute presentation in Conference Sponsor Workshop Session (available to first eight sponsors only).
Tote Bags: $2,000. Everyone needs a bag to carry all of their literature and giveaways. Tote bag sponsorships includes all the benefits of Platinum Sponsorships, PLUS, your company name put in the hands of all attendees. Your logo and message will be walking through the entire conference! (Sponsor provides bags.)
Room Sponsorships: $100 per room per day. A perfect option for sponsors with limited budgets. Be recognized as the supporter of our conference education content by putting your company name and brand on an education room for the day. 4 room sponsorships available for May 2nd; 7 available on May 3rd.
Lanyard Sponsor: $1,750. All attendees wear name tags–so get your company name at eye level! Lanyard sponsorship includes all the benefits of Platinum Sponsorship plus places your company name on the name tag lanyard. (Sponsor provides lanyards)
Keynote/Lunch Sponsorship: $2500. – brand the one activity EVERYONE attends! Includes all benefits of Platinum Sponsorship, plus event signage and ability to provide a give-away to all attendees.
Cocktail Reception Sponsorship: $1250 – give everyone a free drink at the reception! Includes all the benefits of Silver Sponsorship plus event signage. You may provide branded cocktail napkins, coozies, or other give-aways.
Exhibits
Our conference program schedule is designed to provide maximum exposure to participating exhibitors. We offer extended morning, post-lunch, and mid-afternoon networking breaks, we conduct an IAQ “scavenger hunt” in the exhibit area, and host a silent auction at each table throughout the conference–all of which is designed to drive traffic to each and every exhibit at the event. Spaces consist of an 8’ table (covered and skirted,) electrical access, complimentary wi-fi, and piping and draping. Fees include the exhibit space and a full conference registration for one company representative (includes presentation sessions, breaks and lunches). Additional company representative registrations/lunches must be purchased at cost. (See registration form.)
Exhibit Fee: $650.00 (Nonprofits $350.00) Spaces are very limited and will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. Includes program and meals for one company representative.

New for 2017 – Golf Tournament on May 1, 2017! (the day prior to the conference)
Join us on May 1, 2017 for your first golf tournament of the 2017 season. While we don’t have all the details ready yet, we will soon. (Psst…rumor has it the tournament will be on one of Maine’s most scenic, and most historic, courses.)
While there’s much we can’t tell you, here’s what we do know. Please consider supporting the golf tournament as a sponsor. 100% of the proceeds from the tournament go to support the work of the Maine Indoor Air Quality Council. Our mission: to create healthy, productive, and environmentally sustainable indoor environments through communications, education, and advocacy.
