Accreditations & Continuing Education Credits (2017)
All sessions at the 2017 Northeast Indoor Air Quality & Energy Conference will have pre-approved continuing education credits. This accreditations page will be updated as approvals are received.

American Council for Accredited Certification Individuals with ACAC Certifications can self-report their credit hours to ACAC to meet their continuing education requirements. Attendance at one any of the pre-conference sessions on May 2will provide 3.0 credit hours each, for a total of 6.0 hours for the day; Attendance at the Keynote/Workshop Day on May 3 will provide 7.0 credit hours. Submit your certificate of attendance to ACAC after the conference to obtain credit.
Architects – pending
Association of Energy Engineers – AEE does not pre-approve credits. Candidates may submit their Certificate of Attendance to AEE for credit consideration.

Building Operator Certificants (BOC): – Building Operators Certification Maintenance: BOC graduates receive one maintenance point for each hour of seminar time. They will just need to list the event and training summary on their Certification Maintenance application when they receive it next year. Day 1 Seminar Day – 6.0 hrs Day 2 Keynote/Workshop Day – 7.0 hrs

Codes Enforcement Officers and Third Party Inspectors – pending
College Credit Continuing Education Units (CEU’s) – pending
Engineers – Engineers, including P.E.’s can self-report their credit hours. A total of 6.0 hours is available for seminar day on May 2. A total of 7.0 hours is available for keynote/workshop day on May 3.
Home Inspectors – pending
Industrial Hygienists – ABIH no longer requires pre-registration of programs. For those tracking credit hours, Seminar Day has 6.0 contact hours; and Keynote/Workshop day has 7.0 contact hours.

USGBC – USGBC members can self-report “live presentation credit hours” for attendance at the conference. Day one of the conference would provide 6.0 contact hours; Day two of the conference would provide 7.0 contact hours.
